You produce, import or use chemical products and you are preparing to be in compliance with the REACH European regulation.

Antea, within the ATOUT REACH group, has been chosen within the framework of the MEEDDM-UIC agreement, to assist you in the process by offering individualized consulting services, subsidized by the UIC.

More generally, Antea, within a partnership with ATOUT REACH, intervenes in each of the steps required by the REACH regulation:

Registration:
. Assessment of requirements, available analyses and necessary supplements
. Cross reference (READ ACROSS) with the appropriate substances
. Proposal for necessary tests (laboratories), project management interface with laboratories
. Compilation of proposal for submitting to ECHA
. Selection and validation of relevant data
. Classification and labelling in conformity with current legislation (67/548/CE and 1999/45/CE Directives) and future legislation (Regulation on the Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures which incorporates the Global Harmonised System)
. Identification of uses, research for exposure categories and drafting of exposure scenarios
. Carrying out of the Chemical Safety Assessment
. Drafting of the Chemical Safety Report
. Consultancy in the management or organization of the SIEF or consortium
. Compilation of files for registration (IUCLID 5), forwarding of registration dossier to the ECHA

Authorisation:
. Drafting of risk analyses
. Communication management for articles containing ‘substances of very high concern’.

Downstream users:
. Drafting of the inventory of used substances
. Description of company uses and communication with the supplier
. Verification of whether the actual use is ‘included’ or not by the uses intended by the supplier,
. Verification of the suitability of the risk management with respect to supplier recommendations
. Drafting of exposure scenarios in the event of specific uses.

Consultancy service: coordination, training, awareness raising, exchanges, general or specific communication (intellectual property, competition law), legal ratification.
