ANTEA answer

You have commissioned a pollution diagnosis for your site and it has revealed a Health risk for local populations? You now require a quantified assessment of health risks (E.Q.R.S.). This will be required by the authorities in the context of a Management Plan.

The health risk assessment is carried out when sources of pollution are likely to be a threat for the health of the population. In order to calculate the risks, a precise identification of the toxic substances (type and quantity) and conditions of exposure by the population to the substances concerned are required.
In the event of an unacceptable risk, measures need to be taken to solve the problem within the context of a Management Plan, which may propose decontamination.
ANTEA have a long track record in risk analysis, having carried out numerous studies for large sites in the chemical, petrochemical, steelworking and other sectors. ANTEA calls on toxicologists and modelling tools to calculate risks which are both toxic and carcinogenic. In addition to these risk calculations, ANTEA can count on a considerable degree of expertise to offer practical and operational solutions to minimise these risks.
