Identifying and promoting diversity in expertise and experience is at the heart of human resources dynamics at Antea.
Regional knowledge allows us to combine diverse experience, from that of a project engineer who –from one of our 20 locations in France- is a specialist in the region where he is located; to that of the international project manager. Both of these are extremely compatible, in our opinion. Every engineer, wherever they are, knows they can be assigned to a new scope of operation, based either on their skills, personal choice or need to learn new skills.
Technical expertise is the cornerstone of Antea. It feeds off diversity and complementarity of experience. The specific mastery of 5 professions all associated with the environment leads us to actively promote the interdisciplinary nature of our work. The resources of Antea lie in this ability to mesh together different skills, even at their highest level of expertise. It is therefore perfectly natural that, over and above pure technical and scientific mastery, open-mindedness and creativity are talents most appreciates amongst those who join our team.
Because there is a time for everything, career and skill progression comes with experience and develop at different speeds. This is why there is a considerable amount of training offered during the first few years after joining the company. Individual aptitudes for management, project management, expertise or customer relations are then developed further on one of our many professional career paths.
